All the old tractors would be in museums and it would be illegal to privately own one, or worse yet, possibly damage it by running it, or, horror at the thought, working it.

Any extras not needed in museums would be recycled to provide steel for developing countries to make weapons with. After all, we would not be making them feel poor and inferior if we gave them the materials to make their own weapons.
