Wonderful posts! I must add my thanks to all that have helped this great country maintain its freedom by serving in the military. I had four uncles that served in WWII, two of them still alive. They will tell you that preserving liberty and freedom takes work, and not pleasent work! I too have a friend of mine that is full time National Guard that was away from home for 15 months, 12 of them in Iraq. Like others have mentioned here, when he finally started to open up about the experiences, he too said we are doing the right thing. Things are getting better over there, and the general populace of Iraq is glad that we took Sadam out! Again thank you to all that have served this county with their military service! God bless you, your families, and the USA!!!
