Pete we need to start with the easy stuff. Do you have power steering, brakes, do you have hydraulics and hitch. See if the hitch will come up, see if the remote hydraulic lever will put load on engine, and PTO the only thing with the PTO if tou don't have PTO then I would say the flex plate that drives everything. If you have none of these then could be the oil suchion tube or some part of the suchion side of the hydraulics. If you have some of the things then I would think the filter and suchion side ok and Flex plate ok. Did you check the flex plate when you split the tractor. If you have hydraulics and PTO. It could be the foot and inch valve that is the valve the left peddle operates, it could be bad. Just some ideas.
