I would assume that the actual axles, spindles and hubs would all be the same, however, I would bet the mounting brackets and such are totally different. By the time you get everything modified so it will work you will probably have a bunch of time and money into it. I believe you can still purchase a brand new wide front for an M from Schwartz, seems like I heard around $800? Don't quote me on the price.
