Hi, You need an acetylene/oxygen torch to heat that damper pulley. Drive metal wedges on each side of the pulley while heating it. Use a 3-legged gear puller once you move the pulley out far enough to hook the puller on the outer edges
of the pulley. Keep heating and tightening the puller. Small steel wedges used for splitting wood would probably work to get it started. Good Luck, Hal
