Sounds like the brake might be freezeing are you using park brake when you park it, if so try just leaving it in gear instead of applying the park brake, the only other thing I can think of would be water getting in rear wheel bearing and freezing god forbid, have you checked the rear end lube is it rusty colored? Usally water will go to the bottom of the houseing even if it gets in there but a friend of mine had a farmall that the water would get traped in the bearing don't know how but it did and after a while it ate the bearing up. Hope that isnt your problem. Hope this helps and didn't mean to scare you. Dave
