You have found yourself a diamond in the rough! It's a M diesel with the high clearance axles. Check the serial number tag to be sure- should be stamped MDV. I'm not sure how many MDVs were made but there was only 1600 MVs. Now if it was a Super MDV with the TA there was only 60 or so built. You should be able to get aleast $2500 for the unrestored tractor... probably more on ebay.
