I just went through this same problem with a tractor that had sat for several years. I changed filters, put fresh fuel in, bled the lines 10 times but still no fuel to the injectors. It turns out I had to disassemble the injector pump because the old fuel had gummed up inside and the tolerances on the injector charge pistons are in the millionths of an inch. After cleaning up inside the pump, the old girl jumped back to life once more.
