I can't for the "life-of-me" figure how antifreeze would get in the carb. I would forget about it...clean the carb, change the oil, belt it to your H and let it spin!!!!! Do not use your starter, good to get new oil everywhere before running and the belt will even run-up your temp. a bit.
After you have run it a while under her own power, change the oil and check for anti freeze. (I don't think you'll find any) ps I hope you cleaned the tank real good, and put a good screen in the bowl, or your carb fix might be a waste.
