Farmall C or Super C

I am starting on a Farmall C or Super C, in my FFA chapter, but when my ag teacher and me went down to pick it up the man who had it didn't know if it was a C or Super C, and the s/n plate is not on the tractor, so i was wondering if there was any difference in the outer appereance in the 2 models, we found a casting number and right below it, it had the letter C with a square around it, could this mean that this a model C?
