Depends on what you are using it for, when first built, the M was a BIG tractor. My dad preferred H's because the M was too big -- he said it caused too much compaction when cultivating. On the other hand, for tillage, we loaded the H's to the gills (and had the burned valves to prove it), in that case we would have been better off with an M. If you look at the production numbers, they will tell the story, more H's sold early, more M's late. I have no preference.
