M's do it too, everybody is right on. the thing is it seems to be a problem with the worm gear to ring gear lash and it becomes more involved but we always tryed to tighten the worm gear shaft nut which seemed to help for awhile but eventually came back. I don't know if the gear hardness was correct or what it seemed to clearup with the SMTA because our Super M had the same malady but our SMTA didn't. SuperM didn't do it with the 4 row cultivators mounted on it too much weight probably the reason I had arms like a prize fighter during cultivating time.
