Hi Tim, Sorry to hear you had your serial tag stolen from one of your tractors. I have my serial numbers memorized. One day last year I was traveling north on Rt#22 in upstate NY, and just north of a little town Salem, Ny I saw some old Farmall tractors sitting outside a steel building. I stopped to say hello to the old gent working outside the building. We got to talkin about tractors a some different things and he asked me what I had for tractors, and I told him. Then he asked me if I knew the serial numbers of my machines and I rattled off my serial numbers for him. Well, he said if I knew my serial numbers I had just gained entry into his collection! Well Tim, I have never in my life seen a collection like this man has. Every red tractor you could think of, mostly all restored that took awhile to go through that building! Then he tells me he has a real treat for me in the next building. He opens up the doors and I couldnt believe my eyes. Im talking a building loaded with some original International trucks with hard rubber molded tires, open cab design, Im guessing 1920 vintage and earlier, all restored. What a day I had, all because I had my serial numbers memorized. Have a good day! scotty
