Randy One way you can tell if it is steam warm it up good and hold your hand in the blow by BE Careful if it is steam it will be hot as steam would be if it is just blow by it will not be to hot to hold your hand in it. The seals are the thing I don't like about wet sleves but the dry sleve engines will not take the power and heat as wet sleves. I under stand the new over the road trucks are up to 50 pounds of boost on the intake a dry sleve engine would over heat.
