Thanks Hugh! That makes the muddy water a lot clearer. The hyd cyl is hooked to the draw bar and the other end hooks to a round rod that hooks to the "U" looking piece and when the cyl. pushes or pulls on that it lifts or lowers the draw bar. Very good , it's hard to fix stuff without looking at it but you've got the wheel back on the cart.The end of the cyl that extends out, does that hook to any thing to keep it in a fixed position?
