Scotty, The hyd. Cyl is what "lifts" the fast hitch and therefore anything that is attatched to i;ie your draw bar. The linkages that attatch to the hyd. unit under the gas tank only control the left and right tilting and the cutting angles of say a grader blade,plow and such.
