I remember blushing when the shop teacher called the name of a special punch like the center punch but having a 60 degree point rather thab the 90 degree such as the center punch. Also one studebt thought a butt gauge was a device for grading the female shop students. Another was the hermamorphidite (spelling?) Caliper Fermale and male pipe fittings. This freshman general shop girl met much embarrasment.
