Many times, it is not the needle and seat that is causing the leakage. Take the carb apart and coat both sides of the two red gaskets sparingly with a sealer like black Permatex. They will be under the needle cage and the load nozzle. Since I starting doing it that way I no longer have the leak problem on any of my carburetors. George Willer
