Does either tractor have a 3pt hitch conversion? That would be pretty desirable. If they are both in about the same condition, I would go with the H. Not much larger in size but a heck of a lot more power. Just as good on gas, and parts are plentiful for both. I don't know if it is just me but I see a lot more used H parts than used C parts in my area (western NY). Either way you are going to get a good tractor.
