Finishing off a Super A?

I'm hoping to get the last of the things that I need to do to my Super A finished this fall/winter. One of the things I'm looking for is the screen which is used in the grill. Any ideas on where I might find something at least similar? Also, during the summer I happened to see an H (gas/paraffin by the way) running at a tractor show and compared to my Super A it was running incredibly quietely. If it wasn't for the thin stream of exhaust gas out of the stack and the fan blade turning is was hard to tell it was running if you werent' stood next to it. Is it simply down to engine tuning or were some of these engines just louder than others? What are the tricks to tuning the carburettor? Mine has the Zenith with the single adjustment screw.
