If it's a Behlen unit, you can get the o rings at Case/IH. When you have it apart, mic the shaft to see if it is worn badly. Mine was and it would blow out O-rings as fast as I could put them in. You can have a machine shop weld up the shaft and turn it down to the correct diameter. I did this to mine and it never leaked a drop after.
