yeah that's almost 27000 units into production, but one of the tractors above is around 12000 into production and even that seems a little late for a first run 'special' casting? But maybe not... Justin's response above makes alot of sense; the parts books don't reference it (the term 'special'), but if he has service bulletins that do, that would be believable.
