Other than the tubing to connect things, your shopping list is correct. The original IH setup for factory power steering used the hydraulic system to supply the power steering. You'll need to understand how the hydraulics are plumbed - the power steering variant used external tubing to pipe the high-pressure supply from the safety/regualtor valve to the control valves for the rest of the hydraulics - if you don't plumb this correctly, one or other of these systems (or maybe both) isn't going to work correctly for you.
