Farmall C Easy Lift Draw Bar

I have a Farmall C that I have bought a easy lift draw bar for but don't now how it mounts to the tractor or how it works. I have removed the standard draw bar and have tried to mount it under the tractor but the way I have mounted it , the draw bar doesn't lift off the ground. I have the bar that hooks to the hinging part hooked to the in side lift lever, first whole.
The lift levers that I am talking about are the arms that move back and forth when you move the hyd. levers. I have mounted it where the old draw bar was and there is a bar that comes off the front of the draw bar that I hooked to the right side center of the tractor.
When I move the hyd. levers the hinge part moves but the draw bar just lays there on the ground. So the hinging part is moving but not lifting the draw bar off the ground. The back of the draw bar also has a hyd. cyl. mounted to it. thats just laying across the draw bar. Does this hook up any where on the tractor to help lift the draw bar ? This thing doesn't look like rocket science but it's over my head ! If anyone has a picture or can help me out, you sure would make this old man happy ! Thanks for any help
Scotty
