Hi, It spins great no problems there, runs great after it starts and has plenty of power, just getting it started is only trouble. Italked to a reputable pump shop here and they said that the distibutor head is bad in the pump, said this is normal to the bosch,first its hard to start warm then cold,but I thought the same thing about only haveing 1000 hrs on this pump. The pump shop said the rebuild on this pump may have not been a complete 1 and this head problem may have been starting at the time of rebuild but was still in specs,just wanting to try everything else before i spend $700, thanks Terry
