Hi Ed, I would take the advice of the men that posted on using the Amish. They're excellent craftsman when it comes to wood. Contact the Lancaster Farming newspaper in Lancaster county PA. They have a lot of people that advertise in that paper. I have the phone number for them around here somewhere. I won't block my email address and if you need it send me an email. A friend of mine had wheels reworked on her buggy and I'll contact her to see where she had it done. Hal
