Mornin' Dick, Darned if I know; never remember anything that attached to those spots in our little world. I just always assumed that there must have been a divider or something that used those bolt holes; maybe a mounted IH underslung bean cutter? I Dunno, as we used a single front during bean harvest. No, the beet toppers didn't use 'em either, but they must have been put there for some reason in mind. Could they have been used in an assembly or alignment process during manufacture?
