I have a little problem imagining that stud repaired and still having an opening for the oil. Remember, it has to be installed with the OPEN END into the head and the opening in the side has to be below the washer and nut. Since it is hollow, it will not stand the same torque as a standard bolt of the same size. Go easy on it.
