There is no difference between the cultivision A and the regular A, the very early A's did not get the decal. Regardless of what the current decal says, the IAA indicates it was an industrial A, so the correct decal should say International. If it is a 1940, it may not have had the cultivision decal. Guy Fay can tell you whether or not the cultivision decal was on the industrial models--I would guess not as they were not intended for farm use, although as far as I know, all the cultivating equipment fit.
