I installed a new fan belt on a 350 utility once in the middle of the winter outside and what I remember is all that is necessary to remove to get the belt on is probably the hood. The biggest problem I had was the lock nut and screw/bolt in the adjustable pully. You need to screw the pully apart to make the groove the belt rides in wider or narrower to adjust the belt tension. You can break the pully if you get too severe with it.
