C-Farmall

I have a C-farmall and have trouble with my hyds arms. the arms are going up very slow and the arms are going up from front of the tractor to the back. I look at another c farmall and the arms moves from the rear of tractor to the front which is right. why does the arms move slow I put another use pump on but it does the same (moves slow).
