There doesn't have to be a lot of difference if both are on rubber tires. The s/n tag says Fairway 12 instead of W-12. On steel, the Fairway has much wider wheels, but if it has rubber tires, the rear wheels are the same cast items used on O-12.

Hard to put a price on these little guys. Complete, with decent tin, engine free, maybe $2K. Immaculate restoration, $3500 - $5K. Parts tractor, maybe $500. The wide steel wheels would be a major plus, unless you're planning on driving in parades.....
