Front Hub/Wheel Identification Farmall

I have a couple old Farmall front hubs with the number "6762-DC" on them. There is no casting date that I can find anywhere, but there is the "IH" on them. I found these on an early 1940 H (serial number 13,XXX) Does anyone know if this type of hub was original equipment on the early Farmall H's? They appear to be non-adjustable, and are held to the rim by 3 large steel "clips".
