Question about operation of hydraulics on 240

I have a IH 240 with loader. There is one handle to the right and front of the steering wheel. It operates the front end loader. The tractor also has a two point hitch. Where is the control handle for it? I thought it should be another handle next to the loader handle but does not appear to have ever had it.
