yes, but this is a wet sleeve engine. The cylinder bores are sleeves that press in place with o-ring seals at the bottom of the sleeves to keep the oil and coolant in their separate compartments. Leaks often develop at the o-ring seal. Can you see a crack in the block? Make sure it's not just the o-ring seals. Now you'll probably have to have it re-built with new sleeves but maybe you don't need a block.
