Unscrew the plug where you put the oil in the top of the gear box and rotate the shaft until a hole in the shaft lines up with the fill hole and drop a punch in there to jam it. Then unscrew the yoke ,it's lefthanded thread

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
