Surviving IH experimentals are very rare- IH liked to destroy them, either in testing them or afterwards, so that they didn't have to supply parts for them.

The Wisconsin Historical Society is open to the public. Nothing's really on display, they have a reading room and bring the stuff out to you. The best thing to do is contact them ahead of time, and they can do some searching in the databases for you.
