I've heard an addition to this recipe. The can of beer has to be exactly 2/3 full. Drink the first 1/3. If it's less than 2/3, finish the beer and start with another. Continue this process until you get a can that is exactly 2/3 full. Brat are also good boiled in beer first and put them on the grill. Loren
