farmall 340

I've found a farmall 340 that is pretty clean, w/ 12v electric. At the moment, I'm trying to keep up with about 200 acres of trees, and 40 acres of hay and 10 cows with a Ford 800. They guy wants $3500 for the tractor, a 7ft blade and a 6ft bush hog (I haven't seen the mower, but would bet it's not a Bush Hog brand) and am looking for some advise. Thanks
