As a kid I wasn't always the biggest fan of hay season, but who knew views could change! The folks that mower our fields since we stopped left a bunch of hay on the ground due to the wet, soft ground (it's been raining in Maine every other day, no kidding). Well where the big equipment ruts, my BN just rolls across with out making a mark, and it would be a shame to let that hay go to waste, so I broke out the tedder and the rake. I have to say it was quite fun, as crazy as that sounds. I don't have the bailer anymore, so the tractor work ended after the tedding and raking, but that was good enough.
The rake looks so big behind the BN, kind of a of bear in tight spaces but that's just a learning curve. Now I just need a sickle bar mower so I can put up the small field!
