Yea, Big Don and Lee, I knew it had a screen in the suction line, I just wanted to add a spin on type that would filter finer particles more completely. There is a pressure line running to one remote valve, then the other remote valve is tied to the "out" port on the 1st remote valve. Then it's "out" port has a hose running to the reservoir in front - below the seat, just behind the gearshifter. These remotes were rigged up years ago by my friend, the previous owner, so we could run a ground driven hay rake that needed hydraulics to lift it up for road travel. It has always worked fine. But, I just wanted additional filtration. I can tell the line going to the "in" port on the 1st remote is a pressure line because when you actuate the remote the hose buckles with the fluid pressuring up in it. The hose coming out of the 2nd remote never gets "jumpy" with tension so I assume it's just a return. It would be very easy to put a filter in this line since it's already just a hydraulic hose. Am I making this clear as mud? This is an "open center" type system isn't it?

Still another is the alternator. No doubt using the original generator keeps the tractor pure, but for thos
