Farmall Identification (M or H)

My stepfather has a farmall H or possibly an M. I don't have any pictures... But I have numbers!: Engine block, rt side: 354898R1
Below firing order: 5*3*W (on a plate)(Where * is a screw)
Engine block, lt side: S (on a plate)
Base under seat: IH 351132-R1
Base under seat: *12*22*S* and *L*No 1* (plates)
Front Lift hydraulics: 3_4352 R2
Front Lift hydraulics: 4*11*W (plate)
Front Lift hydraulics: IH symbol
Rt side of seat base: 104614 and 1815 (stamped in plate) Is that engine s/n close to the tractor s/n? making it a 1951 Model H? There are no other plates on the tractor that I can find. Thanks for any help!
