You may find that having your existing cylinders rebuilt by a good shop to be the least expensive way to go without worrying about buying something to adapt to your requirements. Any cylinder can be re-rodded if that is what is causing your leaking problems. A good shop can get all the seals, gaskets, o-rings, etc. for any cylinder. They will be able to tell/show you if the rods (The chrome shafts) need to be replaced. They sometimes can be turned on a lathe then use oversize seals to repair the leaks.
