42' Farmall AV

I was at Barnes and Noble today and picked up a book on Farmall tractors. From what I read there where only 75 Farmall AV's built in 1942. I understand that only 3603 AV's where built total. Can anyone could tell me if that # built for 1942 is correct? My serial # on my 42'is 89203, is there anymore info that can be learned from the serial number?
