Jim: When I made the remark check with Wall St., I was just trying to point out who really knows for sure what corperate interests own companies. McCormick tractors do have a history link to IH and are being built at the old IH plant at Doncaster, England. I don't know the specifics of the deal, but CaseIH farmed the plant and McCormick name out to I think Landini. ( I will stand corrected on that one.) They also received rights to certain CaseIH products and patents. We think of Landini as a mainland European company, but who knows for sure what interests own Landini. Might be CaseIH, might be the McCormick family of America, might be John Deere, etc.
