JD G- 1 fuel tank with 2 fill necks? small gas/ large Kerosene tank? Grandfathers prewar JD B had double filler/divided tank/2 fuel valves tank. Check archives for 'power kerosene' -Canadian poster noted it was 1/2 kerosene, 1/2 gasoline for farm use, no road tax, available BP at the time he was farming, try mix your own half and half for general use. Manuals should noted start on gas, warmup tractor,JD may have manifold heat lever-on, switch tank valves from gas to kero to run. check engine oil for fuel contamination. RN.
