If the noise shows up just as you begin to press in the clutch pedal, it is a throwout bearing problem.
If the noise appears when the clutch is completely disengaged, I would suspect the pilot bearing.
Have you tried greasing them?
Pilot bearing lubes from under the housing; rotate the crankshaft so the single mark on the front pulley is in alignment with the timing indicator and look for the grease zerk in the 1" diameter hole under the flywheel. 1 or 2 shots of grease maximum.
Throwout bearing lubes from the clutch pivot shaft on the left side.
