darn slipping TA's

I finally got the diesel 560 running after a complete rebuild and took it down the road and tried the ta,pulled the handle back and the tractor slowed down a little then stopped. I wish I'd known this before I put the engine back in.This is the first time I have driven the tractor since I bought it.
