This is the traditional H seat with the large coil spring in the rear and the small shock between the spring and the tubular support. However, at the top of the tube, there are two angles with a series of holes in them (one angle on each side) so you can use the 2-hole seat and adjust it forward and backwards. I always found this to be redundant as there is another set of holes just like it at the base. I don't know why there would be two sets of fore/aft adjusting holes...one or the other would suffice. Still brings me back to the point of "are these seats available aftermarket?" Thanks.
