Matt: If you are refering to the bad habit of cultch riding or riding the clutch, it is guys that drive tractors or any other standard shift vehicle with their foot always resting on the clutch pedal. It causes the release bearing to turn continuously and if the habit is bad enough can cause some clutch slipping. I remember when young, my dad used to come down quite hard on anyone with the habit. Not much fun splitting a tractor for the fix.
